The Village Green and Pavilion, the hub of many community activities is adjacent to the Senior/Community Center. It provides a beautiful covered pavilion amidst its 9.5 acres of open space. This year-round Pavilion facility includes an indoor-outdoor stage, a large multi-purpose room for community activities and private gatherings, and a full kitchen facility for use by private caterers for providing sit-down dinners as well as a host of other amenities. The Village Green Pavilion provides ample seating capacity of 265 for parties and 400 theater-style for meetings and conferences. It also provides restroom facilities, ample parking and handicap accessibility. Set-up of tables and chairs are included in the rental fee. The Pavilion is a smoke-free environment.
