Organic practice, sustainable homestead, with rare Jersey Buff turkeys, heritage chickens, and two flocks of sheep.  Spring events include seeing baby turkeys, baby chicks, and extensive gardens.  Two greenhouses of heirloom vegetable seedlings (40 varieties of salad greens, 12 varieties of heirloom tomatoes, etc!!) and gourmet on-farm salad blends for sale, in season.  Unusual plants such as homegrown tea, organic colored cotton and pomegranates.
