Whether it’s supporting local museums, supporting a one-room school house that’s about to fall down, preserving oral histories to tell a more complete story, maintaining trails, volunteering to lead tours, participating in music festivals, creating an Artscape for all to enjoy, there are so many ways to participate. If you wish to donate to us directly, your generous funds would go to further our important mission of telling a complete story of the region, creating educational opportunities and comprehensive cultural and resource conservation. We partner with the Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland, and donations would be made that organization. Please note on your donation that it is for the Southern Maryland National Heritage Area. The Tri-County Council is a 501(c)3 and entitles the giver to all applicable tax benefits accorded by law.
